Keith and I woke up to Zelda meowing 3:30am this morning. She was laying in the upstairs hall unable to move, her back legs paralyzed. It turns out she had a blood clot. The damage was permanent. We said our goodbyes around 10:30am this morning. I am going to miss the way she would come when called. Her secret affection for the dogs. Her absolute love of our Christmas trees.
